Amoise - Hawke's Bay Syrah 2021

A springsy Syrah, vinified from Organic fruit grown on the NZ east coast, where Amy Farnsworth tends a couple rows of the Two Terraces vineyard.

Floral and crunchy red fruited business, with no additions at any stage, including sulphur. Goes well with a light chill and some charcuterie.
