A deep and complex Armagnac produced by a single person on a seventh generation family vineyard.
Vibrant notes of apricot, mandarin, and vanilla on the nose. The palate is smooth, with lovely flavours of orange, vanilla, and spice. Aged in barrel for a minimum 7 years.
Server neat in a small wine glass or a whisky glass. Pair with duck confit or deserts such as tarte tatin.
