Commune of Buttons - Basket Town Chardonnay 2023

Fruit from a combo of different Chardonnay parcels was gently pressed to large format oak (barrique and hogshead) for wild fermentation, and spent 6 months maturing on full lees in barrel before another 3 months in steel. 

Lovely fruit expression of white pear & citrus, beautiful textured and linear, with pretty cool minerality and salinity.
