Domaine Marc Delienne - Greta Carbo Fleurie 2019

The most full flavoured of the Delienne wines released this year, having had the longest maceration. Juicy fruited and bursting with dark cherry and black fruit flavours. Highly drinkable French wine.

NERD NOTES

Located in the South-East part of the Fleurie vineyard, located at Lieu-dit Les Déduits. The soils here are sandy loam over granite or ancient alluvium. Vines are over 60 years of age.

All manual. Carbonic maceration for two weeks before being pressed to huge 30hl old barrels for 21 months. 

Unfined, unfiltered. Tiny amounts of sulphur at bottling.
