Domaine Menard-Gaborit - Muscadet Accostage 2020

Organic Muscadet from the Menard family, who are up to the 6th generation working their farm and cellar. Grapes are hand harvested and direct pressed. The wines then flow by gravity into underground concrete tanks or old oak barrels. The 2020 Accostage sees 7 months elevage sur lie. It's fresh and floral, with citrus, orchard fruits and a moreish salty finish. Supremely balanced and elegant example of Muscadet.
