Bright and delicious Tasmanian sparkling from the Tamar Valley, made from Pinot Noir (60%) & Pinot Gris (40%).

Rosie-red in colour, with sweet floral and red fruit aromatics. Delightfully playful on the palate, light to medium bodied, with lively bubbles, refreshing acidity, and fine, grainy tannin. Rich and complex, with fragrant red fruit flavours, accompanies by herbs and spices, and a savoury finish.

It's generously elegant with layers of structure and flavour - it's absolutely worth the (100 day) wait!
