Jean Boyer - Pastis Campagne

A wonderful Pastis made in the traditional way, using grape eau-de-vie. The spices and herbs are left to infuse naturally in the spirit over a few months with a natural clarification.

The result is a pretty high quality Pastis. Cleaner and less alcoholic then most. Aromatic with notes of marzipan and nutmeg alongside classic Pastis notes. Delicious.
