Delicate nose. Opens on a bright red cherries and preserved strawberries, cinnamon, cocoa and autumn wet leaves. Silky texture. Develops into red and black fruits, clove, sweet pepper, with a long spicy finish.
Clay loam plateau on gryphée limestone. Rich in fossile. Natural vinification with whole bunches. Two weeks maceration. Aged in Stainless steel tank. Organic certified. Demeter certified.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Domaine La Grapp'A, owned and run by Aurélie Parla and Julien Maublanc, who in 2021 signed their first vintage from their Arbois vineyard. All organic and biodynamic farmed grapes, hand harvested for quality control, to make minimal intervention wines, fermented with native yeasts, with no additions other than minimal sulphur at bottling.
