Dry, fruit forward with notes of ripe cherry and cranberry, accompanied by oak spices, subtle herbs, and a touch of earth, all balanced with a delicious savoury & acidic finish.

NERD NOTES
Tumblong hills fruit (60%), Mallaluka fruit (40%).
Whole berry natural fermentation. Basket pressed into seasoned french oak barriques (225l) and seasoned french oak puncheons (500L), 18 months maturation.
No fining or filtration.
