Mariam Guniava's Winery - KTT 2020

This is the second vintage from Mariam, daughter of winemaker Archil Guniava. A traditional local blend with fruit from their family vineyards in Kvaliti, Imereti. Direct pressed to Qvevri for 9 months with no skin contact.

A nervy and fresh Georgian white with notes of citrus, figs, nectarine and herbs with a minerally and leesy texture. No skin contact but complex and savoury from time in Amphora. Delicious and great with food, from fish to Thai.

Grape blend is 70% Krakhuna, 15% Tsitska and 15% Tsolikouri
