Ooft, we love a slightly chewy chilled red blend, especially from Pheasant's Tears. A blend of Tavkveri, Shavkapito, Danakharuli, Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri, all indigenous Georgian grapes, with 5 days skin contact then aged in underground Qvevri for temperature regulation. Berries, violet and earthiness with grapefruit acidity and fine grained tannins, all beautifully balanced.
