The 'Up the Mountain' Pinot Noir comes from 22-year-old vines from 3 different blocks on the farm in Gruyere. Aromas of red florals, cherries and pomegranate. The palate shows dusty cherries, rhubarb and earthy undertones. Bright acid drive and chalky tannins make this a balanced and savoury wine.
