Expressive and pure in character. Notes of smoke, brine, and alpine herbs on the nose. Opens up to fresh cut grass, apples, limes, orchard fruits, ginger, and a touch of brioche. Juicy and lively on the palate, light in body but not in character, with bright moreish acidity, and a long, saline finish.
