Light to medium bodied, silky smooth and juicy Gamay. Notes of pomegranate, cherry, violets and wild herbs. Fresh and tasty.

Nerd Notes:

Gently handpicked to ensure all bunches remain intact, the grapes underwent traditional whole cluster carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, without any addition of sulfur. Matured in old barriques for 5 months, and bottled without fining and filtration in November 2019. Minimal sulfur added (<20ppm) prior to bottling.
