Cabernet Franc grown in the south facing vineyard that surrounds Chateau de l'Aiglerie.
Medium bodied and super complex. Small ripe red berries, a touch of spice, and herbal undergrowth on the nose. Juicy dark cherry fruits alongside notes of spice, tomato leaf, and mint. Smooth and velvety in texture, finishes long and dark.
Hand harvested, naturally fermented and aged in old oak barrels for 3 years. Bottled without filtration.
