Beautiful Organic Carbonic Pinot Noir with bubbles, grown by Steve Thomas in Magpie Springs and vinified by Alex and Galit. Fresh, alive, poised, but carefree. Has all that alluring Pinot character, full of forest berries and subtle sous bois, and there's some depth to it, but then the bubbles tickle your tongue and remind you not to take life too seriously. Simply delicious drinking.
