WINE TASTING: FASTER PIEMONTE! QUEL QUEL!

What: Piemonte wine tasting but not just all Nebbiolo for once

Where: Wine Shop Upstairs / 234 Marrickville Rd

Time: 6:30 pm to 8:30pm

Join us as we taste the non-Nebbiolo wines of Piemonte, as well as some Nebbiolo. The tasting will be hosted by the Ghost Who Walks; Michael from QuelVino.

Whenever we discuss putting on a Piemonte tasting the assumption is always that it will be 87.5% Nebbiolo with a smattering of Dolcetto and Barbera to complete the unholy trinity of overly tannic, overly acidic and overly Dolcetto. 

No! Not this time! We will be looking at varieties beyond the usual, such as Freisa, Grignolino and more. There will be Nebbiolo, but just some.

EVENT DETAILS

Our wine tastings finish at 8:30 pm. They sometimes go a little over but we try to have everything officially wrapped up by then and let people hang back and chat if they like.

In terms of food, we will have some nibbles but not full meals. The snacks vary for each event. It is quite common for people to head next door to the wine bar Where's Nick for dinner after a tasting. It is super good. Book Here.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for future events credit up to 7 days before the event.

This cannot be done closer to the event as we order wines based on ticket sales. If you cannot make the event, you are welcome to give your tickets to someone else, like a gift!
