Galit and Alex's releases are always amongst the cleanest and most stable no addition wines available. Not to mention delicious. The Other Right is a small family wine enterprise based in the Adelaide Hills and run by husband & wife duo, Alex Schulkin + Galit Shachaf. They source fruit from around the Hills region (with the exception of one plot of wild-grown Shiraz coming from Sellicks Hill in Mclaren Vale) and as of 2016, all fruit comes from vineyards managed by organic and sustainable farming practices.
In the winery, operations are kept to the reasonable minimum and no unnecessary action is taken. Alex and Galit believe that using fewer tools requires a lot of attention to detail, patience, creativity and problem solving, and the imprints these traits leave are what gives their wine its soul. No additives are used and the wines evolve slowly, according to their natural rhythms, forming wine that is wild, vigorous and full of life...
