    The Goblin Wagon delivers to the Sydney Metro Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Order before 12pm to get it day of, and by 12pm Friday for the weekend.
    Greater Sydney + East Coast + Melbourne → 2–4 days
    Everywhere else → 3–7 days.

FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your shipping method hasn't given you an ETA - we can. Just contact us and we can be much more specific.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation (but if we say we have processed them, we have, don't worry), and tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.

What do I do if I need to change my order or delivery info?

If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.

Please note, our system does not display updated shipping information in shipping-confirmation emails. If you have gotten in touch with us and we have confirmed that the change has gone through, don't worry, the address we have is correct even if the email is wrong.

Do you ship internationally?

We can, but just be prepared for the shipping costs. At the moment, we deal on a personal level with clients wishing to ship internationally - please contact us for more information. All shipments will be insured and the wine is packed to survive almost anything.

Why was my order cancelled/unfulfilled?

Usually if you have ordered an item that is out of stock (sorry!) we will contact you immediately with a personal recommendation or replacement. Otherwise we will amend your order.

Outside of this, it is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to suspicion of fraud. If your order is cancelled, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.

Can I return or exchange something?

We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email.

The legal requirements.

Someone 18+ has to be there (no sneaky drop-offs). Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age and alcoholic beverage deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery. If not, unfortunately we will not be able to complete your delivery, and you will have to contact us advising when to attempt again.
