NERD NOTES

No fish is more Portuguese than sardines. This fish occupies a place of choice at the top of the most appreciated and consumed fish in the country. Portugal is bathed by waters rich in sardines and during the Second World War, it became the country that most produced high quality canned sardines.

Bravo sauce is a sauce composed of several ingredients, such as red pepper, chilli and garlic. It has a creamy texture and an extremely appealing colour, its flavour is complete and each of its fresh ingredients can be detected, it presents a touch of spicy in the perfect balance.
