Pale lemon-green haze. Zesty lemons and citrus rind, fruit blossom, and a slight mineral on the nose. Opens up with more lemon and citrus fruit flavours, supported by fruit spice and an earthy tone.

Bright on the palate, light bodied and dry, with a prominent acid, with a touch of earth and slight tannic line giving texture.
