Savoury and fresh with a real slurpyness. Preserved lemon, stone fruit, white pepper aromatics, with an earthy clay touch to the oolong tea and pear palate. Medium bodied, deliciously textural, and a long grippy finish. Great with curry. Great value.

Blended from a mix of trebbiano with four different times on skins, ranging from 16 hrs to 6 months. Liam reckons it's pretty relaxed and ready to drink having settled with all those skins, seeds and lees.
