Athletes of Wine - Alto! Alto! Ambratino 2021

A savoury skin contact blend inspired by magic moments, good people and that one cracking Sicilian bottle that opened winemaker Liam's eyes to the world of orange wines. Made from a blend of white varieties with time on skins ranging from 24 hrs to 8 months, but generally 180 - 220 days. Liam reckons it's pretty relaxed and ready to drink having settled with all those skins, seeds and lees.

Savoury and fresh with a real slurpyness. Preserved lemon, stone fruit & white pepper aromatics, with an earthy clay touch to the oolong tea & pear palate and a long grippy finish. Great with curry. Great value.
