l'Ausseil - P'tit Piaf Rose 2021

P'tit Piaf, or "Little Bird" is a scrumptious dry Rosé from sunny Southern France. It's a blend of Mourvèdre (50%), Grenache (40%) and Syrah (10%), all hand harvested, direct pressed, and both fermented and matured in vats to preserve its fruit flavours. Bottled with no fining or filtration.

Lovely light pink in colour with florals and red fruits on the nose moving to super fresh strawberries on the palate. Best enjoyed with tapas and grilled meats. Bon appétit.
