The final cuvee from Dominique Belluard, who passed away in 2021. An exceptional sparkling wine made with Gringet, the variety Dominique brought back from the brink of extinction.

It is a Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine with zero dosage. The wine is only recently released after 3 years on lees before disgorging. Dominique only ever made this wine in the best vintages.

Sadly the new owners of the estate have no intention of making sparkling wine, so this may be the last made for some time.

Seriously good and damn rare. Saline and mineral with impressive purity the fruit and great depth. Light bodied. Wonderful wine.
