Tasting Notes

Smooth, weighty and mineral rich Müller-Thurgau by way of the Rhein.

Notes of dried florals and stewed fruit on the nose, unveiled on the palate revealing bright, near-aromatic fruit flavours, full of citrus and subtle stone fruits, supported a rich minerality.

Smooth and juicy on the palate, medium bodied and dry, starts with a touch of crisp leanness, before opening up to chewy phenolic fruit texture, balanced against bright mineral acid. Clean and moreish on the finish.
