Bobar - Syrah 2022

A new release Syrah from Yarra Valley's Bobar Wines - its effortlessly drinkable, elegant, and lighter in style than your typical Syrah.

Richly aromatic on the nose, with notes of fresh violets, crunchy red berries, cherries, a touch of dark fruit, and a delicious spice mix. Light to medium bodied, the palate is silky-smooth in texture, with soft, chewy tannins and lively acidity. Its full flavoured with crunchy, fresh fruit - red cherry, raspberry, mulberry, blueberry, red and blackcurrants - a touch of candied fruit, black pepper, vanilla, oak kitchen spices, cedar, and a slight herbaceous leafiness.
