A fresh, vibrant, easy drinking Croatian Red - its perfect for a hot summer day or with a light bite to eat!

Highly aromatic and full of bright dark fruity notes, with blackcurrant, black cherry, black plums, violet florals, a touch of fruit spice, and a hint of minerality.

Medium bodied, dusty tannins, and a refreshing acidity that keeps it all really approachable. The bright fruity aromatics carry through to the palate, accompanied by savoury Mediterranean herbs, and a chalky-minerality that runs through it all. Delicious and super easy drinking.

Serve at room temperature or with a slight chill, goes great with light cheeses or small bites to eat.

ABOUT BURA WINERY

The tradition of viticulture and vinification in the Bura family dates back to 1860.

Throughout the time, historical circumstances have shaped family production as well as access to the market.

In 1995, Niko Bura puts on the market a wine with a family label.

Today, Bura’s cellar from its vineyards, with generational experience and professional access to production, puts on the market wines with labels: Bura Dingač, Galerija, Plavac mali sivi, Plavac, Rukatac and Ruža Dalmatinska.

Bura winery collaborates in the production and recognition of the Mrgudić wines: Postup Mare, Plavac mali Marica.

Also in association with the Benmosche family of New York, Bura Cellar collaborates in the production of the Benmosche wines: dingač and zinfandel.

Bura vineyards are found in gravel terraces, rich in minerals, among which potassium stands out, facing south, down to the sea on a slope of up to 50 degrees, from a height ranging from 300 meters to 150 meters, in a climate, typically Mediterranean flora and fauna.

The richness in potassium is probably the most important factor responsible for the quality of the grape and the Dingač wine.

The vineyards receive an average annual insolation of 2650 hours, that is, 7.2 hours per day and 9.6 hours in the vegetative cycle.

The annual average of rain is of 1200mm and during the vegetative cycle of 350mm.
