A richly flavoured and expressive Orange wine from Piemonte.

Aromatic and concentrated in flavour, with notes of syrupy peach, dried fruit hints, chamomile, honey, and minerality.

Intense and structured on the palate, lushly textured, rich and warming in character, with firm phenolic grip balanced against bright mineral acidity.
Nerd Notes

A blend of Cortese and other native white grapes from the commune of Pino d'Asti in Piemonte, Italy.

The grapes come old vines grown in calcareous clays, sand, and silt soils, all managed organically.

Hand harvested grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated on skins, taking place in stainless steel.

The wine is aged in stainless stee and finished in old wooden barrels just prior to bottling.
