Furlani Vermouth | Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy

A traditional Vermouth based on a historical Trentino recipe with a blend of Cantina Furlani wine, all made biodynamically. Infused with many botanicals and alpine herbs, including sweet and bitter orange, wormwood, sow thistle, rhubarb, chamomile, mint and more. A touch of sugar to balance the herb and spice intensity. Layered and complex. Only mildly sweet, with floral notes. Bitter with an acidity, but sophisticated and earthy, Beautiful over ice with a wedge of citrus as an aperitif or makes an wonderful negroni.
