A rich and textured Coda di Volpe from Campanian, in the South of Italy.
Golden in colour and on the nose, with yellow florals, yellow apples and quince, herbs, and a subtle minerality. Medium bodied and dry on the palate, richly textured and balanced with astringent tannins and a refreshing saline acidity. Flavours of fresh quince, dried apples and citrus, medicinal herbs, and a salty-minerality.

NERD NOTES
Made from 100% Coda di Volpe.
Macerated on sins for 5 days and spontaneously fermented using indigenous yeasts. Aged in old "botti grandi" oak barrels. Fermented and elevaged without temperature control.
Unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur added (unless necessary).
