Casebianche - Dellemore Aglianico Cilento 2019

A full flavoured Red blend from Campania's Cilento region in Southern Italy, made with coastal Aglianico and a mix of Barbera and Piedirosso.

It's juicy and fruit-forward, with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and dark/black fruits, along with violets and floral undertones, dried Italian herbs, a touch of fruit spice, and a delicious savoury finish. Medium to full bodied, with a grippy tannins and a refreshing acidity.

Cilento sits at the very south of Campania. The terrain is dramatic here, with the Apienne mountains rising dramatically out of the sea to around 1200m. While a warm area, this is moderated by the altitude and coastal influence.
