A bright Catalunyan blend of Garnaha and Carinyena (and a touch of Syrah)!

Fresh blackberry, blackcurrant, and raspberry fruit flavours, notes of thyme and bay leaf, a crisp mineral core, saline tones, and a touch of smokiness.

Juicy on the plate, light to medium bodied, bright mineral-saline acidity and fruity, for a smooth and refreshing texture.
Nerd Notes

Catalan for ‘Juice of the Soil’ is a blend of Garnacha (45%), Carinyena (45%) and Syrah (10%) from the Mas d’en Cosme estate. Vine ages range from 20 to 70 years, all in decomposed granite. Fermented, then aged in stainless steel for 20 months before bottling.
