Fresh and elegant on the palate, medium bodied, with gentle tannins a hint of underlying acidity to keep it all balanced.

Nerd Notes: 

Mando with some Monastrell. Spends 14 months in underground in clay amphora.

Estate grown with organic viticulture. Minimal added sulphur.
