Fine lively bubbles, delicate aromatics of peach, lychee, quince, raspberry, and orange blossom, carried through to the flavour with a fresh saline-minerality and a creamy texture.

100% Pinot Meunier, blended from harvested grapes (50%) and reserve wines (50%).
Grapes grown in the villages of Leuvrigny and Sainte-Gemme, in the Vallée de la Marne area, with soils comprised of Lutetian clay and limestone, and Cuisian sand.

Vinified in stainless steel tanks, induced malolactic fermentation, 24 months on lees.
