Champagne Gatinois - Grand Cru Brut Tradition NV

A well balanced Champagne, fruity and flavoursome yet at the same time elegant and fresh. Aromas of pear, apple and brioche alongside notes of lime and red fruit. 

THE ESTATE

A small domaine that has been operating since 1696, the family produce Champagne from pinot noir chardonnay grapes all grown across just seven hectares of vineyards.

Louis Cheval took over the Récoltant-Manipulant (grower producer) domain in 2010 having been a geologist for many years prior. He brought an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Ay terroir which fosters the exceptional quality of that fantastic expression of Champagne.
