Round and full flavoured, with intense red, dark, and black berries, which give way to reveal pepper, spice, and a subtly dark vegetal tone.

The palate is rich and weighty, kept fresh with a current of acidity, with a crunchy and meaty texture.

Aged in cement vats on its fine lees for 12 months.
