A blend of two rare ancestral Bodreaux grape varieties - Castets and Mancin des Palus.
Flavours of wild berries, along with hints of cherry, plum, and dark berry fruits, supported by white floral aromatics, liquorice and spiced notes, hints of dried herbs, and a moreish savoury quality on the finish.
Smooth and dry on the palate, fleshy texture from a lightly mouth coating chewy tannin, with a tart crunchy acid line.
