A lightly-golden skin contact from Croatia, with a relaxing, rejuvenating tenderness.
Pretty on the nose, with rich aromas of white florals, ripe yellow-green fruits, Mediterranean herbs, and a sweet nuttiness. Smooth and full of depth on the palate, with fresh apples and pears, juicy mandarin, sweet apricot and nectarine, elderberries, dried and textural fruit, sage, black tea, honey, nuttiness, and a subtle spiced character. The slightest touch of tannins adds a delicious texture alongside a refreshing minerality.
Its smooth and highly drinkable, while being full of flavour and complexity.
