Aromatic yet shy on the nose, with fresh herbs and white florals, accompanied by subtle notes of pear, lemon, ginger, and spice. Light and dry, with refreshingly crisp acidity and hint of creaminess on the texture. Fruit notes come to the fore on the palate, with flavours of soft pear and ripe lemon, subtle white pepper, and a touch of anise. Finishes with a delicious lemon tang.
