Super rare and super good Chenin Blanc from Bruyère.

Dense, rich and concentrated Chenin full of ripe apple and lemon with wild herb notes.

Smooth and rich on the palate, vibrant mineral acidity providing a touch of freshness for balance.

Very good now but will improve a lot over the next few years.
