A fresh and pure Catarratto from the ancient Valley of Segesta in Sicily.
Pretty on the aroma, with lively lemon zest and white florals, which opens up to flavours of green apple, white peach, and dried leaves. Textural on the palate with crisp saline acidity, its light to medium bodied and dry, and finishes on a slightly astringent note.
