This magnificent juice spent 5 years in an old 600 L foudre. So delicious, sweet palate with complex fresh and dried quince notes, floral notes, earthy wood honey, and more. It is a wine that lived a slow evolution in barrel, and has come out just blissful. Sweet, but then not really sweet on the finish. Tantalising.

The grapes were picked ripe with some Botrytis. Not fortified....
