Daniel V. Ramos - El Berrakin Blanco 2020

A super interesting skin contact wine from Daniel V. Ramos, a self-described ‘Span-Aussie’ (born in Australia to Spanish parents, then grew up in Madrid).

This wine is made with Jaen, a variety more commonly used for distilling. A light grape, Daniel uses extended skin contact to add interest and texture to the wine.

Aromas of green apple and orange blossom with notes of yuzu and green tea. Finely tannined with a saline finish. Fresh on the palate.
