From the Collio area of Friuli, Dario is a legend of quality minimal intervention wine. Dario Princic is one of the unholy trinity of Friulian natural wine, alongside Stanko Radikon and Josko Gravner.
Truly a delicious wine. Notes of dried fruit and apricot jam alongside notes of spice and nettle. Complex, serious and clean. A great wine to wow the non-believers.
Service tips: Serve it at 12 C with Porchetta "Suckling Pig". Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki.

NERD NOTES
Yield is 40 hectoliter per hectare. Spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats, with 35 days of maceration on the skins. Very little addition of sulfur dioxide.
