Gewürztraminer grapes from Alsace and Rød Aroma apples from Fyn. The grapes were direct pressed after 12 days of maceration producing an orange wine that was fermented separately. Rød Aroma were then macerated for 30 days with the grape skins.

Perfume for the nose and lots of spices, tropical fruits, lychee and a bit of tannin that is balanced out with quenchy acidity from the apples.

Region: Alsace, France / Fyn, Denmark

Style: Skin Contact (Orange) wine with some apples

Varieties: Holsteiner Cox Apple / Red Aroma Apple / Gewurztraminer (20%)
