Decideret - Hip-Hop Cider 2021

Hip-Hop is a wild dry-hopped cider. The dry cider from garden apples matured a couple of months in a tank before we added dry hops (Mosaic, Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria).

Very much a more typical apple cider compared to much of what we have tried from Decideret. Dry and a touch sour, a serious Cider made for food.

Second fermentation on the bottle and disgorgement by hand.
Style: Hopped cider
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 7,0 % vol.
Bottle pressure: 2,5 bar

Organic: Not certified but farmed organically. Hops are not
organic.
Pressing: October (direct press)
Fermentation: Spontaneous in neutral plast tanks (1000 L)

Ageing: 4 months in neutral plastic tanks (1000 L)
Filtration: No
Bottling: March 2021, bottled with 18 g/l of organic sugar added
for the second fermentation on the bottle
Disgorgement: Yes (spring 2021)
