Piquette: a fancy French word for a vinous beverage made by rehydrating pressed unfermented grapes and then fermenting it. They're usually super low alc (this one is only 5% ABV) and often drunk by the grape pickers in the vineyards on their breaks.
Made in the style of a pet nat, this one has a bit of fizz. It's kind of like a thirst quenching sour beer but with the structure and fresh acidity of a wine.
