Ripe tropical fruits, a hint of green apple, and bread on the nose, with preserved lemon, brine and citrus coming through on the flavour.

Split between a gentle fizz and lemon curd creaminess that generously runs through to the finish on the palate, light bodied, with just a touch of bright acidity, its utterly drinkable.

At only 11% ABV, it's designed to disappear quickly.

Purchased organic grown fruit, no added sulphur. Fermented in stainless steel with wild yeast.

100% Bianco d'Alessandro from the Proud's family-owned Sherwood Estate in Loxton North, with the only planting of the varietal in Australia. Delinquente tells us it's "a late ripening, aromatic variety that holds acid beautifully and is completely at home in the hot dry Riverland climate."
