Cannonau from the cru Badde Nigolosu, in the commune of Sennori (Romangia), Sardinia.

Badde Nigolosu is comprised of volcanic and sedimentary formations, with vines growing in a mixture of: creamy-white marl and limestone soils with loam-clay texture; Miocene sandstones and conglomerates; and reddish, iron-rich soils.

The vineyard is worked by hand and to follow the 'principles, processes, and methods' used by nature, with biodynamic viticulture.
Vinification occurs in concrete vats, with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, before being aged for 18 months in concrete and glass tanks.

Bottled unfined, untilered, with no added sulphur.
