A perfect aperitif-style white from the Alsatian slopes.
Elderflower florals, wild fennel, and mint aromatics. Orange zest, green fig, lime, and lemon juice on the flavour, giving way to a long citrus driven finish.
Smooth on the palate, dry and medium bodied, with a soft creaminess and hints of limestone minerality in texture, with a crisp acidity providing structure.
